Meet Clare

Clare Church has been a Holistic Therapist since 2007 after working in the stressful world of Corporate Marketing for 20 years. Clare worked for larger organisations and did her own small successful business ventures. Following health issues and personal stress from family bereavement Clare was inspired to create a Stress Busting Programme for people to incorporate ancient techniques which she used over the years to keep her calm.

DeStress You

Bio and Introduction from Clare

It focuses on Self Development for beginners up to intermediate knowledge level.
A new course has evolved,  DeStressYou! 8 Lesson Plans which are fun and interactive are available. This is a new concept and we are looking for new people to train as Teachers for Community. Younger people would enjoy the Lessons from age 15 to 21 but people of all ages would benefit as they will relax, destress, learn creativity and explore intuition skills. It is also possible to learn the basics as a self paced training course in 9 Modules on line or in one to one or one to many training with Clare on Zoom.
There is also a beautiful colour Manual available on ETSY to purchase and assist.

There is a Teaching Pogramme to learn to teach the Lessons Plans and how to share these with Teaching Tools in Community. Clare wishes to spread the word and can train more Teachers as the awareness raises. If you have interest get in touch!
