Public Lessons
DeStress You 8 Public Lessons
These Classes can be run by 2 Instructors in the UK who are currently based in Hampshire and Norfolk (2024)and a new Instructor may come soon for Southeast London.
We may be able to run the Classes over an intensive 2 days by arrangement for Groups.
Please contact Clare using the contact form on the site. If Classes are required in Hampshire or Norfolk we can speak to people to arrange these in Norwich or Waterlooville. More Instructors will be trained soon! Watch this space. In the UK for now but if you have interest in training for other countries please speak to Clare.

We check stress levels, look at common coping mechanisms, check emotional and physical symptoms, develop some realistic goals and time management ideas.

Love Your Self More.
Heart Chakra
We learn more about this Chakra, Crystal Healing, Mini Hand massages and relax the body with a routine.

Creativity and Passion.
Chakra
Both chakras are explained, we use meditation and the cards for Intuition and create relaxing bath salts.

Relax Your
Mind.
Third Eye
We explore relaxing and the Third Eye Chakra. We learn about crystals and oils to assist, create Perfumed Oils and use a relaxing Autumn Meditation.

Detox Your
Life
Lungs. Air. Third Eye
We discuss new projects, declutter mentally and enjoy a Spring Meditation 🧘♀️ , Breath work, cleanse the 3rd Eye, Use Affirmations 😀 and the Message Intuition cards.

Breathe and Relax
Air, Lungs
We investigate the Air element and relax our bodies using a Spirit Meditation and then make Air Spritzers to cleanse our houses.

Express Your Self Photo
Throat, Expression
We explore feelings, express selves and discover sound healing to destress, use blue crystals and Perfumed Oils.

The Will To Live Well! Photo
Solar Plexus Chakra
We review the lessons and our feelings, the products and discover 3 Yoga Positions 🧘♀️ ✨️, make delightful pot pourri or bath salts and give feedback.
